You will be prescribed a hypercaloric and hyperproteic diet rich in fruits, vegetables, legumes and meats with a higher concentration of iron, controlled in the supply of iodine, to improve the levels of red blood cells and decrease other values that are altered. In addition, the patient is recommended to perform exercises 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes each day, and together with the prescribed diet, the nutritional treatment will be successful.
