The SIL (Labor Integration Service) will provide people with special abilities, training so that these people can guide and learn to manage the system.En este trabajo de investigación se pone a consideración el desarrollo de un sistema informático de Gestión del servicio laboral para la empresa del SIL (Sistema de Integración Laboral). Que consiste en la búsqueda de empleo para las personas con capacidades especiales mediante el manejo de una base de datos actualizada de los empleadores donde se puede acezar de manera rápida y fácil, donde el usuario solo deberá ingresar al sistema por medio de un código y registrar sus datos para crear su perfil y de esta manera recibirá las ofertas diarias de que publicaran las diferentes empresas que se encuentren en busca de personas con capacidades especiales. Como ya lo dijimos aquellas personas con capacidades especiales podrán acceder a este sistema donde podrán: Visualizar los diferentes puestos de trabajos disponibles en las empresas. Podrán postularse al puesto de trabajo que les parezca conveniente y lo mejor lo puede hacer desde el computador de su casa.
