總結:The present case study is based on inventory control of the Bananera Sumifru S.A. in the Baba canton of the Province of Los Ríos. The company Sumifru S.A. It is dedicated to the banana plantation industry and to foreign trade when making banana exports. In this industry the production and marketing of bananas is a characteristic of our country, because the production of bananas in our territory is generated in large percentage. Sumifru S.A. is an international company that was established a few years ago in the country, this company generates its quality product that is aimed at different countries of the world that represent our country very well. Despite being a good company it is not immune from mistakes. For banana production depends on the materials and supplies that are in the inventory, for this you must have a good inventory control. In this case study we will analyze the problems that arise in inventory control of the warehouse area, such as excess inventory, this triggers various difficulties for the winery area, as well as the monetary aspect for the company, for this it is essential to establish the factors and situations that lead to poor inventory control. The information evidenced in this document was obtained by observing and applying the investigation technique of the interview to the personnel in charge of inventory management. The information presented is based on the research subline that has the accounting and auditing career, is recognized as accounting information management, for reasons that involve the management information of inventory records used as accounting control.
