Streszczenie:Behavior is the sum or set of factors by the human being and determined exclusively by the culture, attitudes, emotions, values of the person, cultural values and genetics. Many consider human behavior as something complicated, knowing that this is not the case, because since its inception the human being has shown his interest in learning about everything that surrounds him and take advantage of all that for his benefit and comfort, although human being is curious, also tends to be creative, inventing a whole series of ways to communicate, from signs, writing, oral form, and other things that helped facilitate the life of the human being. In the first instance we have parents tutors in charge of their children, of whom they will take the first steps as an example, during their first stage, here is the reflection of what they see and hear around them as of their home, school and places where is concurred, as well as parents, siblings, family, school. The problems that arise in schools, come to generate violent situations and solve these conflicts, is something complex, a challenge that society must take on, although it directly affects the teacher. It is urgent to exploit those seminars and teaching teams to create structures that improve their function, that contribute to the satisfaction of teachers and open new paths to improve student behavior and that this is the most appropriate.
