Additionally, there are notable areas for improvement in staff training and customer service. The analysis of the collected data revealed that the inventory control system requires a thorough review to avoid stock shortages or excesses. Staff training needs to be more specific and continuous to improve both administrative management and service quality. Recommendations include optimizing administrative procedures by implementing modern techniques and feedback systems, updating the inventory control system with advanced technologies and regular audits, and strengthening staff training programs focused on communication and problem-solving skills. These actions are essential for enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, ensuring the sustained success of the pharmacy.

La investigación se enfoca en evaluar la eficiencia del sistema administrativo actual, el control de inventarios y la satisfacción del cliente, con el objetivo de identificar áreas de mejora y proponer recomendaciones para optimizar las operaciones de la farmacia. A través de una encuesta aplicada a 384 personas, se recopiló información sobre la percepción de la eficiencia administrativa, la adecuación del control de inventarios y la calidad de la atención al cliente. Los resultados indican que, aunque existe una percepción general de eficiencia, hay deficiencias significativas en la coordinación de tareas y en el sistema de inventarios, lo que afecta la disponibilidad de medicamentos. Además, la capacitación del personal y la atención al cliente presentan áreas de mejora importantes. El análisis de los datos recogidos permitió identificar que el sistema de control de inventarios necesita una revisión exhaustiva para evitar problemas de desabastecimiento o exceso de stock. La capacitación del personal debe ser más específica y continua para mejorar tanto la gestión administrativa como la calidad del servicio al cliente.
