The psychological tests gave us as a result that the patient is in a dysfunctional family and has problems of anxiety, insecurity, fear caused by the mistreatment received by her partner. Arriving at the diagnosis according to the ICD-10: Y07.- Other abuse syndromes include: mental abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, torture. It should be noted that the couple conflict affects the victim in a negative way, for which a therapeutic scheme based on the cognitive-behavioral approach was developed in order to modify, eliminate or reduce negative emotions and behaviors. |

It should be noted that the couple conflict affects the victim in a negative way, for which a therapeutic scheme based on the cognitive-behavioral approach was developed in order to modify, eliminate or reduce negative emotions and behaviors.En el presente estudio de caso se trató el tema Maltrato psicológico en una relación matrimonial, influenciado por la pandemia Covid- 19, en la Parroquia la Unión, con el objetivo de recolectar los datos necesarios para conocer cómo influye la pandemia en el maltrato psicológico en las relaciones matrimoniales, esta información se la recolectó mediante entrevista e instrumentos psicométricos como la Prueba de Evaluación de las relaciones intrafamiliares FF-SIL y Test de la persona bajo la lluvia. Los test psicológicos nos dieron como resultado que la paciente se encuentra dentro de una familia disfuncional y tiene problemas de ansiedad, inseguridad, temor causado por el maltrato recibido por su pareja. Llegando al diagnóstico según el CIE-10: Y07.- Otros síndromes de malos tratos incluye: malos tratos psíquicos, abuso físico, abuso sexual, tortura.
