The most relevant problem of the establishment is that it does not have a good inventory management because they do not handle any type of registration or control, either manual or digital, of the medical supplies that the Pharmacy has. The shortcomings found in the Pharmacy are the following: • They do not have warehouse staff • They do not have a record of the merchandise that enters and leaves • They do not use the Kardex document • They do not have a billing system • They do not inspect the medicine they have in the warehouse All these anomalies lead to the pharmacy being affected at the end of the period, to avoid this an Inventory must be carried out that has all the respective information that allows us to know the movements of the Pharmacy supplies. |
