Riassunto:Logistics management is an essential process in every organization regardless of its size, since this process guarantees that products or services reach customers at the right place and time, thus achieving customer satisfaction. Therefore, logistics is a very important process for the success of companies because without it it would be impossible to control all activities related to production until delivery to the customer. The objective of the research is to analyze and improve the logistics management processes in the Disensa Franchise, located in the city of Babahoyo whose owner is Mr. William Oñate Chang. The study has a qualitative approach, accompanied by descriptive, documentary and field research. The techniques used to obtain relevant information is an interview with the head of logistics management of the aforementioned company. Also a survey of customers to find out their perception regarding logistics management. The instrument used is an interview guide with questions related to the variable under study and a survey questionnaire. The study concluded that the logistics management in the Disensa William Oñate Franchise in the city of Babahoyo is not entirely adequate, since the various inconveniences that the company presents such as: delays in the delivery of products, inventory problems, customer dissatisfaction customer and deteriorated image reveal the shortcomings in terms of logistics management in the establishment.
