Para el diagnóstico actual de la empresa se realizaron una encuesta a los consumidores, para conocer sus gustos y preferencias, y una entrevista a la propietaria para mantenernos informados acerca del marketing que maneja la empresa; así mismo se realizó un análisis interno y externo de Bahía Limón.
