This research project seeks to generate a social and economic x-ray of the activities to be developed in the "Aguas Blancas" resort, its development and points to improve in order to attract internal and external tourists.El Cantón Buena fe se encuentra ubicado al norte de la provincia de Los Ríos, es uno de los puntos más cercanos de acceso a la sierra centro del País, su clima es eficiente para una cultura ganadera y agrícola, además de poseer espacios comunitarios de amplia envergadura social y económica. “Aguas Blancas” este balneario ubicado en el Cantón Buena Fe es uno de los ejemplos de atractivos turísticos endémicos que, por la falta de proyección turística local, adicionando una clara falta de infraestructura de movilidad a las zonas de interés turístico local desaboca en un abandono de estas actividades o a su vez solo un segmento muy bajo de pobladores y turísticas acuden a estos espacios de interés.
