En el presente estudio de caso se analiza la factibilidad de un sistema web que permita el control y seguimiento de ventas con pedidos en línea, luego, del estudio de factibilidad se logró verificar que era viable de ejecutar e implementar el sistema. Para brindar de manera eficiente y oportuna un servicio de calidad, brindándole a sus clientes un servicio mejorado de manera eficiente que a su vez sea más cómodo y eficiente, además de contar con acceso a la tienda on-line, para poder informar en tiempo real la disponibilidad y precios de sus productos, dando al cliente la flexibilidad de comprar en el momento que necesite, de esta manera, llegará su pedido hasta el lugar en que se encuentre.
