As a result of this case study, several conclusions were obtained, being able to identify the anomalies that occur in the quality of service provided within the company, some of these conclusions focused on improving the processes so that there is a quality standard. |

Como objetivo principal de la investigación fue Analizar la Calidad del Servicio en la empresa Fondo de Cesantía del Magisterio Ecuatoriano. La metodología utilizada para esta investigación fue de tipo deductivo-inductivo, el cual por ser un documento probatorio de examen complexivo y por ser poco extenso se tomó varias opiniones de usuarios, y la opinión del objeto de estudio, en este caso a la administrativa de dicha institución.
