Se implementó la tipología de investigación descriptiva. Los métodos de investigación aplicados fueron inductivo y deductivo, dado que se requirió el uso de información de tipo cualitativa y cuantitativa respectivamente para el desarrollo e interpretación de la información plasmada en este caso.
