El principal propósito de SanaSana se ha fundamentado en el servicio a la comunidad, siendo una farmacia que se caracteriza por ofrecer un trato amigable y sencillo. Su actividad economía es la venta al por menor de productos farmacéuticos especializados. El motivo que conlleva a realizar el presente estudio de caso es que existen diversos problemas dentro de la empresa, los cuales se irán detallando en el transcurso de la investigación. El modelo de negocio gira en torno al sector farmacéutico, con la comercialización de medicinas y no medicinas. El principal propósito de SanaSana se ha fundamentado en el servicio a la comunidad, siendo una farmacia que se caracteriza por ofrecer un traro amigable y sencillo.
