| Sumari: | The present research work aimed to propose the use of networks in the teaching-learning process for students of third year of Basic, which contributed to reduce the rate of low school performance in the teaching and learning process, allowed to improve the qualification of students. To meet the proposed objectives, a quail-quantitative research paradigm was implemented, using instruments and techniques that admitted knowing the reality of the context such as interviews, surveys and observation for the data triangulation process that was applied to students and teachers which agreed to determine the benefits of a training program to reduce the low academic performance of students. The interview with the teacher, revealed cases in which the lack of knowledge about the management of technological resources was evidenced, also of the aforementioned degree, later it was possible to apply the direct survey file in the students to determine the degree of knowledge they had about the use of social networks in the teaching-learning process which approved obtaining direct and reliable information, through a systematized and very controlled procedure that students presented in the classroom at the time of applying the survey to determine whether or not they use social networks in the performance of school tasks. The present research was framed in a study, which was developed in two stages: a quantitative descriptive correlational and the other qualitative interpretive. |
