Se utilizó un enfoque correlacional, no experimental y de tipo transversal para evaluar los niveles de resiliencia y la percepción de satisfacción en relación con las tareas, recompensas y ambiente de trabajo. Los resultados muestran que la resiliencia es un factor clave en el bienestar laboral, con diferencias significativas entre especialidades. Médicos y enfermeros presentaron mayores niveles de resiliencia, posiblemente debido a su formación y experiencia, mientras que los técnicos de salud y el personal administrativo reflejaron menores niveles, haciéndolos más vulnerables al estrés laboral. Además, se encontró que aspectos como el reconocimiento, la calidad de las tareas asignadas y un ambiente de trabajo adecuado inciden directamente en la satisfacción laboral. La correlación positiva moderada entre resiliencia y satisfacción sugiere que una mayor capacidad de adaptación y afrontamiento se traduce en un mayor bienestar profesional. Estos hallazgos resaltan la importancia de fortalecer la resiliencia mediante estrategias como redes de apoyo, capacitación en habilidades emocionales y manejo del estrés.
