總結:Comisariato Su Economía is a company established in the San Juan parish for 10 years, over time it has earned the acceptance and trust of its most loyal customers who come from nearby venues to stock up on food and other necessary products; however, the new competition in the sector has meant that many customers no longer made their purchases at the commissary, causing a notable decrease in sales, which is why this research seeks to analyze said problem in order to determine which are those strategies that are not providing the expected results. For this, a theoretical investigation was carried out based on the results obtained from the interview and survey carried out with the employees of the commissariat, which have allowed obtaining a problematic series based on the selection of the assortment, the determination of hot and cold areas in the point of sale, the determination of the spaces, the few promotions that are carried out, the little effective relationship of the company with its suppliers and finally the need to train all the collaborators in terms of Trade Marketing and their respective strategies.
