For this, a theoretical investigation was carried out based on the results obtained from the interview and survey carried out with the employees of the commissariat, which have allowed obtaining a problematic series based on the selection of the assortment, the determination of hot and cold areas in the point of sale, the determination of the spaces, the few promotions that are carried out, the little effective relationship of the company with its suppliers and finally the need to train all the collaborators in terms of Trade Marketing and their respective strategies.
