Depresión y abuso sexual en tiempos de covid, en el Ecuador

This case study was developed in order to describe the depression that is present in a person who was a victim of sexual abuse in times of covid-19 in Ecuador and in turn to develop a proposal for psychotherapeutic intervention in conjunction with various psychological techniques to achieve the objectives proposed within it, such as the Beck depression inventory due to its high effectiveness in its results. From the focus of cognitive behavioral therapy, the therapy chosen to carry out this case study due to the demand presented by the patient, techniques such as scheduling activities were used that aim for the patient to carry out activities that have been scheduled for the day so that she can improve her behavior, the role-playing technique which allowed the evaluated to explore her emotions and be able to express them effectively, among other techniques that they will find later.
