COOPROCLEM is a Banana Agricultural Cooperative formerly belonging to the businessman Noboa, the main activity of the Company is the production and commercialization of bananas, it has an area of 12 thousand hectares of land where coffee, lemon and bananas are produced and cultivated, currently it is dedicated to the production of cheese and is located in the Parish La Unión which belongs to the city of Babahoyo province of Los Ríos, at the same time, the Clementita production and marketing Cooperative has 12 packaging sectors where the respective process of growing and cutting bananas is carried out in order to be commercialized At national and international level. To carry out the investigative wok, the interview was implemented as a research methodology, obtaining the necessary information that helped to show the main problem that COOPROCLEM presents in the Payroll department in order to determine the difficulty that is shown in the area treated with in order to improve the current situation in which the institution is presented as such.
