Izvleček:SUMMARY This research was conducted at the premises of the blended program of Agricultural Engineering at the Technical University of Babahoyo, the Angel Headquarters Region Espejo, Carchi province. Geographical coordinates are 56'00'' 770 west longitude and 000 37'00'' south latitude and covers an altitude of 3004 m.s.n.m. The clay loam soil; the weather is cold to mild with average temperatures ranging from 13 0C, but absolute ends are between 14 0C, with irregular rainfall. two periods are as follows: the dry season from June to October, where there are strong winds, intense sun during the day and freezing at night, on some days there is the presence of showers accompanied by a cloud cover; the rainy season from November to May, there is the presence rainy days with fog and a temperature of up to 2 0C and a maximum of 10-18 0C. The precipitation ranges from 800 to 1200 mm annually, ecological classification according to the classification of Holdridge, the territory is in the humid forest zone Montano (BH M). Beans, white onion, potato, wheat and peas - as planting material seed oats, corn, tree tomato, beans, corn were used. For statistical analysis, the results were evaluated based on the difference between one type of sprinkler (Hydra 1 ½ ") and a type of dripline (Hidrogool 16mm); the difference in averages was performed by Chi-square (X2) and calculating the coefficient of variation was made based on the measures of dispersion (variance, standard deviation and standard error of mean). During the course of the trial, all relevant measures and planimetric survey for the development of each culture, such as the meteorological data, soil analysis, field materials, reservoir design, design pumphouse were performed design driving water from the outlet, suction and discharge design, with backwash filter design, venturi fertihirrigador, comparing the spray and dripping, nursery, additional trees, boundary and roads, training room equipment, features and characteristics of the drip sprinkler . According to the results it was concluded that the irrigation system to be implemented in the agro-ecological farm at the Technical University of Babahoyo, Program Angel, Canton Espejo, Carchi province will be the sprinkler, for the excellent results shown in this study; most evapotranspiration was obtained by planting maize; the largest net sheet was obtained in growing wheat; the best sheet total irrigation system is presented using sprinkler and drip irrigation system achieved greater run time.
