Sumari:By studying the ancestral gastronomy in the Indichiris community, located in the province of Pastaza and how it contributes to the tourism development of the sector, the delights of the most iconic and important gastronomic exquisite dishes of the province will be shared, and the influence that is generated in the progress of tourism, so that the community is located in the Eastern region of Ecuador, has traditions, beliefs and cultures totally different from other regions and in many cases, is what motivates tourists to undertake a trip and enjoy their landscapes together with gastronomy, making the economy of businessmen and entrepreneurs of the place improve and with this, their quality of life.
