| Riassunto: | SUMMARY The present investigation was carried out in the grounds of the "San Pablo" Farm of the Technical University of Babahoyo, located at Km 7½ of the Babahoyo - Montalvo road, with an altitude of 8 meters. The area has a humid tropical climate, with an average temperature of 25.5 °C, with geographical coordinates of west length 790 32` a south latitude 010 49` annual precipitation of 2329.0 mm, relative humidity of 74% and 987.1 hours of annual average heliofania. BANDIT F1 sweet corn for fresh market or industry was used as seed material. Ten treatments were studied, with various levels of soil fertilization, such as UNIK 16 (200, 225 and 250 kg/ha); INTEGRATOR (200, 225 and 250 kg/ha); HYDRAN (200, 225 and 250 kg/ha) and a control with no application. The application interval of the products was at 8, 20 and 40 days after sowing. The data evaluated were plant height, flowering days, ear insertion height, ear maturity, ear length, number of grains / plant, yield per hectare and economic analysis. According to the results obtained, it was determined that the highest plant height and height of insertion of the ear excelled applying HYDRAN in doses of 250 and 225 kg/ha, respectively; Using UNIK 16 at a dose of 225 kg/ha, the crop blossomed in a shorter time, whereas the control treatment matured precociously; The length of ear and number of grains per ear was influenced by the application of UNIK 16 in doses of 250 kg/ha and the highest yield of grain was presented with UNIK 16 in doses 200 kg/ha with 5994,4 kg/ha and Net profit stood at $ 342,59. |
