Estudio de factibilidad en la creación de un sistema web para agendar citas médicas en el Centro de Salud Divino Niño Jesús en el Recinto Pueblo Nuevo

In the new town area belonging to the Babahoyo canton there is a class A medical office called "NIÑO JESUS", in this dispensary hundreds of people come daily and there is a problem when assigning medical appointments to patients because it is done manually and there is confusion in users, another problem that exists that there is only one doctor in general medicine and one doctor in dentistry, also has a clinical laboratory. People who come to this medical center show disagreements when visualizing that their shifts have been changed for another time, this medical center is popular for the professionalism of the doctor and the knowledge he has, but due to this problem people have been seen to come to other doctors. The doctor only has a system that keeps the patient's history, but not the scheduling of medical appointments, also does not have an accounting system that allows keeping sales of medications during the day, the purpose of this case study is to determine if it is feasible to create a medical appointment scheduling system, where people can schedule their appointments from home or ask the nurse for help to assign a medical appointment.
