| Summary: | Telecommunications today, are a fundamental part of the environment in which people, and businesses operate. Access to telephone and internet services have become practically indispensable for the development of education, business and entertainment. The C. N. T. E. P., as an entity that offers telecommunications services, has an ISDN Integrated Services Digital Network deployed in the city of Babahoyo in El Salto parish; sector that is comprised by district 021 and 028, in this network segment, providing through a multipair copper cable structure, the services previously controlled by means of Voice Ip technology, and XDSL +. With speeds of up to 5 Mbps download / 0.5 Mbps upload for the internet at best, because the copper network of the sector is already deteriorated by its operating time, and permanent conditions typical of the area, such as the presence of high water levels in the telephone cameras due to the proximity to the Babahoyo River. The present technological proposal proposes the Design of a Fiber Network for District 21 of the City of Babahoyo Falls, which could offer fixed access services of Voice over Ip and Asymmetric Broadband Internet with speeds of up to 100 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload It is based on GPON technology, with a distribution structure for fixed accesses of the FTTH type, for this purpose, it will proceed with the elaboration under the external plant design regulations, in force in the national telecommunications corporation. This implies that the design is done, in the AutoCAD design software tool, for that we have the symbologies stipulated in the aforementioned regulations and will consist of the following elements: (see table 1; Illustration 1 and 2) |
