In this context, the current situation of the sales team was known to obtain detailed information about operations, challenges and precise results about the problem through data collection through an interview. The study proposes to improve the performance of the sales team through staff training, effective strategies and the adoption of a CRM system to optimize customer management, in order to increase profitability and competitiveness in the market. This comprehensive approach seeks not only to improve sales, but also to strengthen the relationship with consumers, thus ensuring sustainable growth in the company in the long term. |
