সংক্ষিপ্ত:The present research work entitled Sales management in the MYB printing press in the city of Babahoyo in the period 2023, the fundamental basis is sales management and its impact on the economic situation of the company for the period analyzed. In this research, the descriptive methodology will be applied. The research data was carried out through the application of surveys and calculation of financial indicators. The results found were processed through tables and graphs, which was performed an interpretation of tables and graphs, with which an analysis and interpretation of results obtained from primary sources was made. Here, the hypothetical inductive method was used in the work, and the application of the spss program, whose purpose is to have and optimize the results to improve the profitability of the company. The case study, such as sales management, has a main role in planning and organizing the sales process, which will allow improving the operation and having relationships between the company and customers, which must be consolidated to improve sales. Likewise, sales allow for clear and precise profitability to generate profits considering the investment made, which allows for seeing an increase in its growth and business sustainability over a long period of time. In the present case study, very important aspects are considered, such as the money that the company has and not being able to invest, the company cannot make a short or long term investment due to not having adequate sales management, not having a clear significant profit and not having adequate financial indicators such as financial indicators, not having a joint work that leads to sales and the appropriate profitability does not allow knowing the positioning of the company in the market, in the same way, not having a timely after-sales process determines how they are carrying out the sales process in the company, and thus determine the business strategy that allows having an effective human talent and thus having competitive strategies with low prices, and having an efficient technological innovation to improve its business productivity in the competitive market.
