الملخص: | The research was carried out on the premises of the “ROCHINA” farm, in the Simon Bolivar canton, in the province of Guayas. The “Somma” maize hybrid was investigated, using two sources of liquid humus and efficient micro-organisms, in three replications. The objective of the work was to evaluate the application of concentrations of liquid humus and efficient microorganisms (EM) to the soil. Corn sowing was done manually in 20 m2 experimental plots. Treatments were distributed in a complete randomized block design. The andeva determined the statistical significance and evaluation of means was performed with the Tukey significance test at 5%. The variables evaluated were: plant height, insertion height, days to flowering, days to harvest, ears diameter, ears length, grain weight, yield per hectare and economic analysis. The results show that the treatment 1.0 l / ha Humus 27.0% + 1.5 l / ha ME presented higher averages in the variables: plant height, insertion height, ear diameter, ear length, weight of grain and number of grains. The highest yield was achieved in the treatment 1.0 l / ha Humus 27.0% + 1.5 l / ha ME (9577.96 kg / ha). In addition, treatment 1.0 l / ha Humus 27.0% + 1.5 l / ha ME had the highest net benefit and benefit ($ 1,498.74 and 2.11). |
