Análisis de viabilidad para la implementación de las nuevas técnicas y tecnologías para la venta en el Almacén “Marún” Sucursal Babahoyo y Guayaquil

In this case study, it is explained about the feasibility analysis for the implementation of new techniques and technologies for the sale of products in the “Marún” Warehouse, making it possible to establish an advantage over the competition, in such a way that it can be a competitive advantage. At the same time also to improve the Warehouse, through the feasibility study, will give way to obtaining data which may be essential for said project, taking into account that said data will give transparency to the optimization of the process in as far as marketing or sale is concerned. In the Feasibility study, the feasibility to be used are: technical feasibility, operational feasibility, economic feasibility and legal feasibility, each of them give a different point of view to the quality of the project itself, since at the moment of the implementation of equipment or materials to be used that will be needed, what equipment to use, how much the equipment or materials will cost and the warehouse infrastructure where to implement them. In economic viability, the annual income of the Marún Warehouse is estimated to increase a favorable percentage when implementing new techniques and technologies within the Warehouse infrastructure. The methodologies to be used in the project are: Explanatory and Inductive, which in the project gives projection in the search and establishment of causes and facts, by which new techniques and technologies can be implemented, as well as gives an explanation clear and concise of it.
