Where it is detailed how to register goods in the public sector, when there is a transfer of goods this causes a delay in the system of registration of public goods (E-SBye) within the entity. |

Entre los problemas existente esta la falta de compromiso y puntualidad de los funcionarios al momento de hacer un traspaso de bienes cuando se los cambian de área. Provocando un descuadre en el inventario, ya que al momento de realizar una auditoria interna por parte del departamento administrativo no se lograr ubicar donde se encuentra dichos bienes. Entre otros inconvenientes existente esta la falta de compromiso al momento de analizar el reglamento interno de la fiscalía general de estado (FGE) que está ligado con la contraloría general de estado (CGE).
