Plan de cuidado de enfermería en gestante de 9 semanas con hiperémesis gravídica

Objective: To elaborate and execute the nursing care process (PAE) with a nursing diagnosis of hyperemesis gravidarum in a patient in the first trimester of gestation (9 weeks) to optimize his / her general state of health. In the present case study, all the needs of a pregnant woman of 9 weeks gestation with hyperemesis gravidarum will be analyzed. This is characterized by vomiting and nausea, these being the main symptoms very common in these women, for which etiology will be determined, as well as desencadenes factors, prevention and treatment of this pathological picture. In this research work I could conclude that hyperemesis gravidarum is very common in pregnant women, that their treatment consists of a diet rich in nutrients and plenty of liquid in order to replenish fluids, since the most frequent complication is dehydration, for them It is very important to know the degree of dehydration and malnutrition in order to perform the pharmacological and nursing actions that will contribute to the improvement of the table and provide all the care and comfort measures that the patient will need
