La obesidad abdominal afecta a una de cada dos personas en la población de 10 a 59 años, siendo el mayor cohorte de 40 a 49 años representando el 74.6% y de 50 a 59 años 81.4%. A la Paciente de sexo femenino de 66años de edad presenta obesidad grado II e hipertensión arterial 1. Se le implementara la actividad física 5 días a la semana, esto no ayudara a perder peso solo aumentara la pérdida de masa grasa y así se disminuirá el riesgo en la salud de la paciente.
