Este estudio de caso clínica tuvo la finalidad de Desarrollar el Proceso de Atención de Enfermería en una paciente gestante de 16 años de edad con 12 semanas y diagnóstico de amenaza de aborto, teniendo en cuenta su cuadro clínico, signos, síntomas, factores de riesgo relacionados a la interrupción del embarazo (ambientales, socioeconómicos, genéticos) y antecedentes patológicos (comorbilidades presentes), ingresada en el Hospital Básico de Baba. Se realizó un estudio investigativo a través de la revisión de la historia clínica de la paciente, observando su comportamiento en tiempo real y la manera de reacción ante el aborto.
