সংক্ষিপ্ত:Urinary tract infections in pregnant women are caused by functional, hormonal and anatomical changes during their gestation stage, by pathogenic and vaginal uro bacteria that access the urinary tract and ascend through it and affect some organs, this disease being a of the main mortalities in our country. Infection of pathways manifested by microbial growth, usually of bacterial origin, along the path of the urinary tract; that is, it has pyelonephritis risk factors if it affects the kidney and renal pelvis, cystitis if it compromises the bladder, urethritis if there is involvement of the urethra. The following clinical study is about a 24-year-old female patient of 27.3 weeks gestation presenting with dysuria, abdominal pain at the Playas Basic Hospital. For the nursing professional, the application of the care process is necessary, which is a working method that consists of a system as steps that are related to each other, allowing the identification and satisfaction of the patient's needs and solving health problems.
