Gestión administrativa de la empresa pública municipal de saneamiento ambiental de Babahoyo – EMSABA E.P. periodo 2021.

This case study will be developed in the City of Babahoyo in the municipal environmental sanitation company EMSABA EP where the main objective was to analyze the administrative management. With the development of this work, it will be possible to determine the level of satisfaction of the users who come to the facilities of this public company in order that the collaborators of this place can improve their quality strategies in terms of the service they offer to citizens. Babahoyense. For the collection of information, a survey was carried out on users who normally go to carry out a procedure or request a service, where it was concluded that this institution lacks quality services for the Babahoyense citizenry, that is, the administrative management is deficient. This investigative work is aligned to the research lines of the career that is Administrative Financial Management and in conjunction with the subline companies and public and private institutions.
