Factores que influyen en la histerectomía total en mujeres en edad fértil de 30 años, que acuden al Hospital Dr. Alfredo G. Paulson, ciudad de Guayaquil, octubre 2018 – abril 2019

Hysterectomy is a surgical procedure that involves removing the uterus, taking second place after cesarean in women of childbearing age. So the objective of our research is to determine the factors that influence, in total hysterectomy in women of childbearing age of 30 years, who come to Dr. Alfredo G. Paulson Hospital, city of Guayaquil, October 2018 - April 2019. used quantitative method research, descriptive type, cross section using analytical methods in a given time, applied in the study population had a sample of 62 women, by direct survey prior to signing an informed consent authorized by the subjects research. By means of the interpretations of the statistical tables the results were, as far as a family member of the patient that has been submitted to a surgical intervention, they stated that yes the 85% while not the 15%. Regarding the control of gynecological check-ups and Papanicolaou exam, they perform 30% a year, twice a year 8%, 40% every 2 years, every 5 years 20% Diseases or pathologies that lead to a total hysterectomy uterine fibroids 60%, hemorrhages 15%. In conclusion, it was evidenced that the factors that influence a total hysterectomy are the absence of gynecological controls, presented problems of uterine fibroids, this being 60% of the study population which was the main reason that led to total hysterectomy.
