Para llevar a cabo este estudio de caso se empleó en método experiencia del usuario para conocer sobre los comportamientos, necesidades, motivaciones, tendencias y comentarios de los clientes. Por consiguiente, para la recolección de datos se implementó una entrevista al propietario la cual forma parte de la información cualitativa con respecto a los procesos que se llevan dentro del negocio y una encuesta para los clientes frecuentes donde se obtuvo resultados cuantitativos sobre la insatisfacción en la variedad de productos, el servicio al cliente recabando datos estadísticos sobre los factores que afectan al mismo.
