In the study carried out, it is possible to know the economic decline suffered by the company due to the acquisition of non-certified seeds, which caused a series of problems to arise at the time of planting, which caused the income of the Treasury to decrease for the reason that part of the crop was affected, causing illiquidity in the company and, as a consequence, making bank loans. In addition, it was possible to analyze that the presence of family labor, adversely affects the company for accounting purposes, since on many occasions the payment made to such labor cannot be accounted for. |

In addition, it was possible to analyze that the presence of family labor, adversely affects the company for accounting purposes, since on many occasions the payment made to such labor cannot be accounted for.El presente estudio de caso lleva como título la Gestión Financiera de la Hacienda El Piñal de los Años 2017-2018 en el que se aplicaron técnicas de investigación, observación, recolección de datos y entrevista al personal administrativo, sobre el manejo de la empresa. En el estudio realizado se puede conocer el declive económico que sufre la empresa por el motivo de la adquisición de semillas no certificadas lo que ocasiono que se presenten una serie de inconvenientes al momento de realiza el sembrío lo que ocasiono que los ingresos de la Hacienda disminuyeran por el motivo de que parte del sembrío fue afectado ocasionando que se presente iliquidez en la empresa y como consecuencia realizar préstamos bancarios.
