Summary:The present work focuses on two variables, the independent (Bullying) and dependent (Interpersonal relationships) where Bullying is a physical and psychological abuse received by the 23-year-old victim, a resident of the Ventanas canton, by the perpetrator inside and outside the classroom. class and thus affecting the interpersonal relationships of the victim, arising fear, isolation and rejection towards him for not being accepted in a certain group, therefore the respective evaluation was carried out applying various qualitative methodological techniques to obtain relevant data, such as the clinical observation, semi-structured interview, clinical history and psychometric batteries, including the Beck Depression Inventory, the Zung Depression Self-Rate Scale (SDS) and the Rossemberg Self-Esteem Scale, allowing the detection of the presumptive diagnosis according to DSM-V (296.23) Major depressive disorder and ICD-10 (F32.2) Depressive episode severe without psychotic symptoms, for this reason the respective psychotherapeutic treatment with Aaron Beck's Cognitive-Behavioral approach is applied, where various techniques were used, including Psychoeducation, Differentiating, facts, thoughts and feelings, Explaining how thoughts create feelings, Reasons to die and reasons to live, Examining evidence, Generating an alternative explanation, Activity programming and 4-stroke breathing, in order to alleviate and improve the patient's health.
