ISO Standards are considered as a set of tools of great importance in companies and although it is a resource which is still being updated, without a doubt with its use the optimization of the processes of an organization can be achieved to establish advantages. Likewise, efforts have been made by professionals using explanatory research methods, in order to delve into the necessary aspects to strengthen the present investigation and thus ensure that the field investigation of this case has the necessary technical guarantees, in addition to this case study contains theoretical information from reliable sources to support the author's point of view. In addition, this document has the corresponding annexes in which the participation of the respondents is recorded. |
