A bibliographic, applied and experimental research was carried out and the InSSiDer tool was used to measure the traffic and congestion of the PorTiUtb network to carry out this project and to be able to propose possible recommendations to the problem presented. |

La falta de un sistema de control de congestión en la red WiFi de la universidad agrava aún más este problema. Por lo tanto, es necesario implementar un sistema que permita la monitorización constante del tráfico de datos en la red, la detección temprana de problemas de congestión y la implementación de medidas para evitar el colapso del sistema. El objetivo general es implementar un sistema distribuido para el control de congestión en la red WiFi de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo utilizando técnicas avanzadas de transmisión de datos móviles en sistemas distribuidos.
