Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | The following investigation deals with the development of management software based on the Model E Government for the proper citizenship use related to the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Vinces. The institution plans and promotes the social, economic, environmental, touristic and cultural development for the County to guarantee the equal access, benefits and good quality basic services that every modern society should enjoy. To reach the main objective of this investigation, this thesis is structured by eight chapters which are the following: In the first chapter, we have a small introduction in which describes the GAD Municipal del Cantón Vinces, information equipment and the Government model E. We also have the objectives which are a fundamental key to proceed with this thesis and which are implemented in a precise and clear manner. In the second chapter, everything related to the Referential Frame is described the following way: the previous investigations which are necessary to know the precise timing to conduct the present investigation according to the theory frame where the most useful concepts for the project are specified, the theory composure is a guide searching for a possible solution to the problem. It also shows the hypothesis which is related to the investigation objectives. Chapter three is about the results of the investigation. Statistic Charts and Graphics related to each survey and interview questions are shown. The interpretation and diffusion of the results are also given.
