Shrnutí:This research carried out aims to analyze how the management of human talent is being carried out in the company CNEL-EP Los Ríos, for which a qualitative-qualitative methodology is used to direct the research process, a descriptive research was also applied with which is intended to measure various aspects of the phenomenon of study, the methods used are the scientific one that is based on empirical and measurement, the inductive method starting from the particular in order to reach the general, the bibliographic method that allows collecting information on the research topic that already exists. The research technique that is adapted to the research problem is the survey with which the information was collected based on a previously designed questionnaire that was answered by the workers of the company CNEL-EP Los Ríos, the research took as a reference the subline of Marketing and Commercialization research that belongs to the career of commerce of the School of Administration with which the investigation of the present case study is based.
