In the present work, different issues related to commercial procedures were investigated, taking into account the case of the Babahoyense store, therefore the objective of the research is to analyze the sales process of the ECUANEWYORK store, being a requirement to deepen in the study of the different stages that are integrated to a commercial procedure, as is the task of marketing, According to data obtained from direct sources, it was possible to deduce that it would be convenient to develop campaigns and inform consumers through digital media, because these platforms are the most used in everyday life and it is feasible to interact spontaneously with a brand, learn about new products and even compare offers before making a purchase decision.
