Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | The present research will cover the communication skills of Federios 2023 athletes to provide the opportunity to identify areas for improvement and develop specific training programs to help athletes strengthen their communication skills. This can not only benefit individual athletes, but also the team as a whole and the organization in terms of its image and reputation. It focuses on exploring and understanding the communication skills of athletes who are part of the Los Rios Sports Federation. This study analyzes how athletes communicate on and off the playing field, examining their ability to express themselves verbally and non-verbally, as well as their ability to interact with the media, coaches, teammates and other relevant actors in the sports arena. Also to be able to identify the importance of communication skills in sports performance and the impact they can have on the career and public image of athletes. |
