Esto no solo puede beneficiar a los deportistas individualmente, sino también al equipo en su conjunto y a la organización en términos de su imagen y reputación. Se centra en explorar y comprender las habilidades de comunicación de los deportistas que forman parte de la Federación Deportiva de Los Ríos. Este estudio analiza cómo los deportistas se comunican dentro y fuera del campo de juego, examinando su capacidad para expresarse verbal y no verbalmente, así como su habilidad para interactuar con los medios de comunicación, entrenadores, compañeros de equipo y otros actores relevantes en el ámbito deportivo.
