En este caso se describen procedimientos invasivos y no invasivos para que los pacientes mejoren sus síntomas de ingreso, métodos diagnósticos, tratamiento, alta y estado de salud desde el alta hasta la fecha de alta. Además, se incluyen todas las exploraciones y días de hospitalización del paciente, incluidos los datos clínicos y la historia clínica.
