Shrnutí:The present case study seeks to know the opinion of the user of the dependencies of the public company of environmental sanitation of Babahoyo Emsaba-EP, on the drinking water network service that it receives in the institution to be able to determine in which areas there is greater problem or difficulty in providing the supply of piped water supply. In any entity, whether public or private, the consumer's criterion must be considered in order to be certain that it takes care of them; this is called creating an atmosphere of trust that is why, in this way, it allows us to know the strengths and weaknesses that each one of the collaborators that make up the entity possess.
