總結: | The project focuses on the self-esteem of students and how it affects their learning. A student with high self-esteem is motivated to cultivate more, his emotional intelligence is high, which incurs to have very good results in any subject he studies. That is why teachers are motivated to train permanently in the area not only educational, but also to include the psychological field due to the direct contact that the student-teacher will have to an efficient performance in the self-learning of both. The formative proposal has an integrating character of currents, authors and educational approaches interested in favoring in the teachers processes of conscious elaboration of the elements that constitute the areas of the person, at a cognitive, emotional and behavioral level. The research is expected to help infants who have self-esteem problems and who are likely to have difficulties in their academic performance. The proposal presented was designed and developed in conjunction with the teachers and the student counseling department that observes the need for infants to have the support of their educators. |
