EP - Los Ríos, a representative sample was taken using an error of 10% on the population under study. This research is directed to the research line of the Faculty called Administrative Financial Management, Tax Audit and Control and to the research sub-line of the trade career "Marketing and Marketing", the objective of the research is to know the level of satisfaction of the users of the company Cnel. EP - Los Ríos, for which it seeks to answer the following questions: What are the factors that influence customer satisfaction at Cnel. EP - Los Ríos? How does the consumer consider the quality of the service of the company Cnel. EP - Los Ríos?

EP - Los Ríos?El presente caso de estudio se lleva a cabo a través de una metodología cualitativa que permite hacer una revisión de la situación del lugar donde se lleva la investigación, se utilizan los métodos inductivo, científico, bibliográfico, además se aplica un estudio descriptivo para lo cual se adoptó la técnica de la encuesta, se elaboró un cuestionario estructurado que se aplicó a los usuarios de la empresa Cnel. EP - Los Ríos, se tomó una muestra representativa utilizando un error del 10% sobre la población objeto de estudio. Esta investigación esta direccionada a la línea de investigación de la Facultad denominada Gestión Financiera Administrativa, Tributaria Auditoría y Control y a la sublínea de investigación de la carrera de comercio “Marketing y Comercialización”, el objetivo de la investigación es conocer el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios de la empresa Cnel. EP - Los Ríos, para lo cual se busca responder a las siguientes preguntas: ¿Cuáles son los factores que influyen en la satisfacción de los consumidores de Cnel.
